We almost exclusively use original. VW/Audi parts or parts from the transmission manufacturer itself (no cheap replicas or used parts).
In contrast to other workshops, we open the entire mechatronics and the switch slide tree in order to find and repair any damage or contamination inside the mechatronics. This takes a considerable amount of time and therefore costs a bit, but seals, sieves and actuating pistons are also checked, cleaned and replaced, which no one else takes a look at.
